The state must create a sustainable pension care system. SNP advocates that the level of pensions be harmonized with the wage growth trend but also protected from devaluation due to monetary and market changes. Funds for the payment of pensions must diversify their sources of financing through capitalizing previous investments of pension funds, future investments in government securities, and financing of capital infrastructure projects to reduce the need for budget transfers. We are convinced that it is necessary to ensure the redirection of the burden of insurance from state funds to private ones as soon as possible. It is necessary to adopt such legal solutions that will support the process of opening pension insurance according to private funds.
